The concept of communism in itself isn't actually evil, but in principal every country adopting it has turned it into a wicked dictatorship. Just look at China right now, its starting to fall apart over there.

Well, there is a lot about China I do not like, but I am not Chinese. There is also a lot I admire hugely.

For instance, this morning's news that China is starting to relax its covid policy is a direct response to protest action by its people. Wouldn't it be intetesting if every regime responded to protests with positive change, and not police action...

The title of that YouTube clip was enough to recommend ignoring it. Why are all these CT supporting types so keen to use a term of African American origin that relates to being aware of social norms, and if you are anti-woke does that then mean you are resistant to long held societal respectfulness?

It also seems to me a large number of the anti-woke brigade wouldn't be those expected to be adopting a black American terminology.

I have no idea on the origins of the term woke, but it seems to be associated with the PC brigade and BLM/ANTIFA, far left, etc.

Why the devil do those on the right so often point at brutal regimes & claim that its 'communist' when they must be well aware that its nothing of the kind.
I've come across people who claim that Pinoche, Ceausescu & even Hitler were 'communists.'

Dictators perhaps, but definitely not communist far from it, they were far right socialism.
