Along the lines of 'if it makes money then what's the problem?' I suspect. We had enough of that carry on under Key's PM-ship and I can see it being Luxon's MO if he gains power. Our country, environment and public services will be worst affected and if you think we've got an inequality problem now a term or two of Luxon and co will getto-ize our lower socioeconomic suburbs and regions.
