Same with length of lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations for specific groups and a myriad of other decisions... and this all completely ignores the impact of the idiot covid deniers, anti vaxxers and misogynistic woman haters.
on the whole I suspect she did the best anyone could under the circumstances, although I question whether a male PM would have been subjected to the same vitriol that the PM was... This last few years is the saddest indictment on New Zealander society - as a people we showed our true colours...
Exactly. The reaction of these people has been infantile in the extreme, encouraged and exploited by the international forces of disruption that set off the occupation of the Aotearoa Parliament and the Jan 6 riot in America. As if there is some magical way that a pandemic can be made to disappear if only the right leader is in charge i.e. male, white, straight, old, right wing. Hold on, don't we know someone like that? Donald Trump seems to be unemployed at present.
