The only other thing would be checking in the mainboard bios/settings to ensure that UEFI booting is enabled and/or legacy boot is disabled...
The motherboard also needs to support TPM 2.0, plus CPU needs to be supported. I did do a wee write up of my experience with a couple of systems a few months back.
