A bit disappointing with ASUS

I've been watching these for the last little bit. On the one hand new platforms always have issues which is why it's best to wait a while after release if you can hold off although this one is unlikely to be a problem for most people. On the other hand as I understand it Asus has had motherboards killing some CPUs due to overly aggressive voltage settings, released Firmware updates to address the issue, then put up a disclaimer that using the update will void your warranty. For me it seems like an early adopter issue for some customers that Asus has handled poorly.
