Climate change? So you're happy to ignore the news of those being burnt to death in the northern hemisphere heatwave events and those drowned in flooding in numerous freak flooding disasters? And what we're seeing now is only the start of what our disruption of the planet's carbon cycles will mete out.
Nothing to see here, only thing thats been killing millions was covid along with the vaccines and finished off with a good old fadhioned war. I'm not afraid of the propaganda the climate cult indoctrinated us with, none of it ever come to fruition, Antarctica was supposed to have melted by now and flooded the world. Scared me as a kid, but later learned it was all rubbish. No wonder kids growing up have so much mental health issues.
Once the weather patterns destabilise further food supplies will become hugely problematic so famines will increasingly play a part in human mortality. The wider effects of climate change are only just starting to become apparent but the next phase as tipping points are reached will be enough to catch even your attention CT.

For all I know that fire could have been deliberately lit. There have always been floods and heatwaves.
I'm so over hearing this propaganda every time I turn on the TV. Best thing we can all do is switch our TVs off. It gives us back the power that the state controlled media use to manipulate us to confirm to their agendas.
The fact is NZ can't do nothing to fix the climate, even if we removed all our farms and planted the while country in trees.
I just wish we could see all countries stop making weapons and killing each other and use that money to replant the Amazon and put trees in Africa, that would have more effect on the climate just from the number of trees attracting moisture and restoration of ecosystems.
They will also love the co2.

hmm sounds like another extinction level event in the making...
Nature did a number on Venus and its runaway greenhouse effect.
I think we should probably try to prevent that sort of thing if we can...
The earth has had way higher amounts of co2 in the past.
The reality is that nothing is going to change and all this stuff is just a distraction to make people feel like they are doing good by planting pines.
Why doesn't the govt actually do something good with all the carbon tax they have collected from the petrol? Use it to rebuild Hawkes Bay and build stopbanks (that should have already existed) oh and the elephant in the room is ir irony of all that forestry slash causing so much damage and blocking streams causing flooding to even be worse!

Remember covid? And how that impacted economies around the world? The war in Ukraine? The economic impact of climate change will be hundreds of times worse. Think about it.
Wait until we have another ice age and the world will be crying out for nuclear power.
