that seems to show one individual being escorted around the building by security, which is probably better than leaving him on his own.

Pretty much my take on it too. As stated the QAnon guy was unarmed so couldn't be contrued as a threat that needed to be neutralised so as a US citizen he was probably entitled to visit a public venue and the security escorted him while he did so.

It was the crazy shit he embarked on following his 'guided tour' that got him locked up.
