I'm still slowly reading Fear, Byron C Clarke - slowly because I have to put it down & do something else for a bit when I find the human stupdiity & capacity for sheer nastiness getting a bit too much & I find myself laughing or getting slightly angry.
Some people have a seemingly limitless sea of gullibility which apparently allows them to believe any old bollocks & I wonder whether perhaps some of them might be happier living in America. We really are an awful species sometimes, wanting to make differences between ourselves & then persecute each other because of them.

in order to be old & wise, you must first be young & stupid. (I'm still working on that.)
