Only A guess, maybe the other airlines are somehow linked to the Samsung App and Air NZ isnt. Dont know If you had the Air NZ App installed it "May" pick up but with things these days some apps allow cross access some dont. ???
Upgrades = Old bugs replaced with new Bugs.
