there are probably four or five times as many cars on the road these days, it's not about hand holding, it is simply about keeping cyclists and pedestrians safe...
Considering the number of injuries that EDs see resulting from the likes of DIYers falling off ladders and roofs to avoid the cost of tradesmen who must use scaffolding and fall protection and you've got to wonder where we're heading as Seymour moves to abolish 'unnecessary' regulations.
