Their functionality is crap now as well as their customer support. CS is both slow and not familiar with how their own platform works.
Just last week a friend rang me for advice as he wasn't experienced with TM and a TM store he was attempting to buy a couple of hinges from was charging him double delivery for 2 hinges. I guided him onto the sellers own website which solved the problem but going by how many of our customers keep purchasing through TM rather than take the cheaper option of buying from our website the internet competency of many are sadly lacking so TM have them as a captive audience.
Yes our website prices are lower than on TM, once the delivery charge which is inclusive on our website, is factored in. Our TM prices include the 10% commission that TM charges us (i.e. our customers) for using their platform.
