In the garden I've started adding mycorrhizal fungi to a part of the vege garden that got itself out of balance (too acid too - lime is helping).
Relating to eating poisonous mushrooms, I've seen these two articles recently "Ohio man nearly dies after eating poisonous mushroom found on his lawn" (https://abc7chicago.com/fungi-mushroom-f.../14240694/) and this that came from Google's Gemini app "editor's note: that is not a yummy button mushroom" (https://bsky.app/profile/kanaraspberry.b...lh726gjs26).
It seems that AI isn't as good as people need it to be yet. The one on iNaturalist is good because it also has experts available to ask for advice before taking a risk. Even then, I stick to what I buy from the supermarket.
