Nod32 Antivirus - renewal?

I bought a Win 11 pro  license off Trademe a couple of weeks ago but from this seller for about $25,  Activated fine.  There's lots of these being sold around the world.  Just look at who sponsors some the of you tube tech blogs.

and that is why they are being sold en masse, because they do activate, but that does not necessarily make them legally licensed...  

This comment probably sums up my thoughts on the matter...

Will it work? Probably
Is it “legitimate”? It depends on your definition, but in my experience, most resellers selling (to consumers) below MSRP are not following Microsoft’s terms, and therefore, I would not consider them legitimate.
