I'm thinking not much point in staying with Chrome now - when I check for alternatives via the provided link all the really useful ones like cookie/notice blockers, autoplay stoppers etc, just list generic extensions that aren't really alternatives at all...
Ublock has a lite version available but it looks like it's been neutered, feature wise
What to do? Some of them I won't miss but there are a few in the can't really live without category...
Firefox is looking rather appealing now...
I was thinking about this too, especially when it comes to uBlock origin, I bet i will get a ton of calls with people complaining about ads popping up.
Ive been looking at browser alternatives, I do still use firefox, but Brave looks a good alternative to Chrome im thinking.
Might be a good boost for Firefox's market share.
Ublock is the main addon i install on Chrome, the only other option is to use the adblock DNS if the router supports changing it.
