Adding to above -- W11 Home 24H2 -- same problem.
But the fix is to download and install gpedit (not installed by default in Windows Home.)
You can download and load the script from Majorgeeks Download Theres a video there showing how to install it, but basically you right-click the script - run as Administrator - it does the rest. Then from the previous fix link, change the settings.
All sorted - full access again

Upgrades = Old bugs replaced with new Bugs.
