Sounds like the hospital went over budget and the health minister will work out a more sensible upgrade.

it will end up like the ferries, we will end up paying the same amount for less, because National delayed and inflation continued...

It appears that 500 million was blown on that project with nothing to show for it.
Best to start over. 3 billion for 2 ferries is a joke.
