how is mum supposed to teach her daughter to cook, amongst other things. 

From a practical point of view, the service level for all the Taliban blokes will surely be affected if those providing such service aren't allowed to speak to each other while they run around after their overlords

Indeed, & if their glorious leader happens to be unwell & admitted to hospital & any female staff are unable to talk to each other, then that means there could be a terrbile, tragic end to his life.
