In their latest round of beneficiary bashing, our glorious govt may have managed to make it impossible for those they wish to punish - sorry,'sanction' - to be able to keep a roof over their heads...
'Money management' my derriere; this is clearly a kind of punishment.
And stipulating what someone ona benefit may or may not buy, what shops they're permitted to shop at?? You do have to wonder how much those gleefully setting those 'sanctions' up would enjoy having similar conditions set on their spending...
I'm sure we could all come up with something (sort of,vaguely) appropriate..let's see..ah yes of course.
No alcohol. At all. Zilch, zip, nada - none for the entire term in parliament. Because that will 'help' them to make well balanced,informed decisions in future...its not that we don't trust them, just that we simply want to 'help' them...
