Its odd though, that we can't really fully understand each stage of life until we're either living it or have been through it, & I was just thinking about that yesterday, eldest granddaughter's 34th birthday so she's in the midst of parenting & studying for a career in a few years, a really very busy time which seems to be the case for most in the 20s,30s,40s age bracket.
Often its only when we're older we can draw breath & reflect a bit.
in order to be old & wise, you must first be young & stupid. (I'm still working on that.)
