This article covers off the calcium requirements and sources for cats. So long as they're eating a balanced diet (meat, fish, organs) they're probably getting their fair ration of Ca.

From my observations our older cat regularly brings in and consumes critters including entire litters of rabbits at times (over the course of many days) and the entirety of her consumption is impressive. First pickings are the head and chest cavity as she seems instinctually to know where the highest energy and mineral content bits are. Typically by the end of her two day feast an ear or two, a gall bladder, bowel and the back feet are all that's left. The bones and skin are all consumed which must provide plenty of calcium, and roughage.

Cat number two however turns her nose up at anything that isn't minced and fresh. We have a raw pet food supplier that has a range of beef, horse, veal, chicken, possum and organ mix frozen products. The raw exception is their bedtime snack of cat pellets (Science Diet).

They also both help themselves to a water bowl or rainwater from collection points outside.
