Some speculate that Trump will be going to make a deal where Ukraine gives up the occupied territory to Russia, in his eyes only temporarily, meanwhile he will sanction Russia harder and flood the market with cheap US oil to bring down the global prices, in turn hitting russias economy harder, in an effort to cause Putins regime to collapse.

I don't really know how that would play out, but all i know is it needs to come to an end, so many lives taken for no real reason.
The ideal situation is where Ukraine gets its occupied territory back and Putin is taken down and democracy reinstated in Russia.
