Reagan was bad but Trump et al will be much worse.

Government being run by ex businessmen is a recipe for social disaster as all the money destined for the poorer members of society will be going to allies and sponsors of Trump.

And very similar to what's happening here; the more I see of wealthy rightwing business people sticking their oar into politicis & becoming politicians, the more I'm inclined to think that perhaps very wealthy people should be barred from becoming politicians.
And because someone is good at business, it doesn't follow that they'll also be good at politics.
