According to a man in Point Chevalier, those are the reasons for people leaving their shopping trolleys in the street.
Yeah...he might like to try being say, a solo parent with small children & no car, see if he feels 'entitled & lazy'....
Nobody likes trolleys left on streets but claiming that its all down to laziness & entitlement smacks of being uninformed...perhaps his type of view could be described as 'priviliged & ignorant'
