Had a lovely time at the home. Everyone was cheerful.
But Talking of Cats.. There was a new one there. Long haired, a lighter grey and white than resident Cat George is. She was sitting curled up in the middle of the lounge. I went up to it and got the perfunctory Meow.
Pity it was a toy.. but it moved its head and ears and spoke back. The perfect cat for a rest home resident.. No feeding or toileting to worry about. Wont need the vet. Im assuming it had batteries.
For Fake it was a very good one. Shoot I should have asked if it purred... I think I know who the owner is, Ill have to catch her when her son isn't there cos he is a creep.
Good timing for your info Hunni.. I found out how small the world is. Im in a diamond painting group and long story short I met the niece of My stepfathers Youngest Sister. Niece by marriage. her Uncle passed away in November but Zelma ( Officially my Step Aunt) is still alive, is 90 years old and living in Whanganui near her children , which are probably my age.
Brimblecombe is not a common name, hence me asking her.
Its a stunning day here today. Was grey this morning.
I have the whole weekend to go through my sewing room... if Im not here Sunday or Monday Morning its cos Im buried Send help lol.
