Morning ladies
Another very hot day on the cards, I already have the hose on the garden. Blimmen hose has sprung a leak and we have a geyser on the lawn lol. Oh well, until I can tape it or cut the hose and refit the fittings, it can spurt away onto the garden.
I need to move the potted begonias. For the last three years they have thrived where they are but now, the flowers are starting to burn from the sun. Just shows how quickly the temperatures are rising.
I don't know if anyone saw video clip of the truck overtaking two cars on a passing lane going over the Kaimai Range the other day on the news. It was a large local company and we often become pis*** off with their drivers. That passing lane has a double yellow line and a steep gradient with a blind corner at the bottom. It looked pretty scary. Would love to hear the truckies point of view.
Yesterday I gave up on the tacking as I couldn't line everything up properly for some reason. Unpicked it, went into town and bought a product similar to wash away only it sticks to the fabric (I pinned it to be sure). Retraced the design and stuck it to the fabric with a bit of fiddling. My lightbox died on me so ended up sitting at a window and tracing the design the old fashioned way with it all taped to the glass lol. At some stage I'll replace the lightbox but it won't be through Amazon thanks to the high US$$$$.
