It will be indigenous (Aborigine) children not immigrant (European/Caucasian) ones, what's the bet?

Almost certainly;they're usually in the majority for the prison stats over there. 
That really is disgraceful; in the case of kids with foetal alcohol syndrome they're at roughly the age of a normal three year old so those delightful police are effectively putting three year olds into the 'isolation room' which is apparently freezing cold & about the size of a large cupboard.

And they really don't appear to care, even the top cop didn't seem too bothered.  

I SO hope youngest grandson doesn't end up living there.
