We saw some lovely dahlia displays in Whakatane planted by the council. My sister-in-law said we would help divide them lol. I dug our jasmine out last season as I could no longer cope with the hayfever. And it was growing into the tree we wanted taken out, so it was a good opportunity to do both at the same(ish) time.
My heart's racing so in I've come to sit for a while. I did manage to do a bit more than I thought so am happy.
A trick my cardiologist taught me Kiwimade is to inhale then strain like having a hard poo.. It slows your heart down again.
It works. but dont do it too long or you can black out. Which is why so many people die sitting on the toilet.
Sounds crazy but it does work..
Also make a note of when its happening, how long it goes for and what you are doing when it happens. It really helps the cardiologist.
