i'd like to see the original source for that video clip from within the medical community.  Having aussie17.com plastered all over it is not giving me a huge amount of faith in the interpretation and context of what is supposedly being said...

That video does feature a clip in english from what appears to be an inquiry with US congress.
Perhaps someone else can translate it, but it looks accurate enough.
Trying to find the Japanese source will prove difficult.
