We have blustery winds and we have been watching the neighbour's tree that shades our compost and worm farm area. There are three big branches going nuts in the wind. Next week it will be a year since the tree hit the house, so we are very conscious of big trees. Watching it makes me very glad also that we have taken out our big, skinny, wobbly tree. It stopped raining early on this morning, but the rain is back now,and the temperature has dropped 
Housework is done, takes me a bit longer to do now but that's OK. I've been tacking the design onto fabric while having a cuppa and have decided I need a pincushion with steel wool inside it to help keep my needles clean. The gum from this washaway stuff is awful for clogging needles even though it advertises it 'won't gum your needles'. I call bulls*** on that! I'll make a start on the pincushion later while waiting for the fabric to dry.
