I agree, Jones is someone you'd cross the street to avoid. He's creepy, self-deluded and inauthentic, obviously has a good brain in his head but chooses to use his intelligence to bully and demean practically everyone except Peters. Some kind of personality disorder or sociopathy perhaps.
