It's cloudy, please, some rain! I read online yesterday the Waikato have had 11 straight days with temperatures between 27 and 30.
That's a good idea, Jan. I will suss out where the best places to buy the silk thread are and see if it fits with our son's itinerary and ask him if he would mind buying some for me. Will put $$$ into his account for it. Silk thread is on my embroidery to-do list
Housework for me this morning after I have watered the garden pots. The new lily that 'accidently fell' into our trolley at Mitre 10 the other week is growing like mad. Can't wait for it to flower.
I have almost finished the embroidery piece for the box lid. Should finish it this afternoon or tomorrow. Once it has been laced onto the board, MrK will have his measurements for the box.
