I made hummus with beetroot, it was a glorious colour and tasted great. The beauty of making it is we can vary the garlic to our taste, or lemon, or ginger, or beetroot!
I tried Barkers Lime Marmalade, but it was too runny. Even my own lime marmalade is too runny. I need the squish factor of Roses, lol...
