The current regime in the US do not want to institute anything like that. They want an autocracy. Be interesting to see if they got it, how long each of them would last. There can be only one Ring to rule them all...

Its sad really when you think what America once was, how much better it was for (almost)all its people & heading towards being better for all of them.
