What a treasure to have in the garden.
I'm making a chicken pie for dinner. Homemade pastry (no pastry in the freezer so have to make my own), and chicken stock, mushrooms, leeks, onions and carrots along with left over roast chook for the filling. Just letting the stock cool and the pastry rest before I make the filling. It's a fuss and made over different stages but yummy and a good way to use every bit of that yummy chook.
