We are loosing farms fast to unworkable regulations and pine trees.
This is serious, because our economy depends on agriculture.

that article seems to suggest the "Grim Reading" is due to too much debt overhead, lack of maintenance of plant and machinery, and a need for cost cutting in response to reducing demand.

Nothing about unworkable regulations and a cursory mention of pine trees adding to supply side problems - surely you must have been reading a different article completely
