For me personally, I want to give all newbies plenty of time and opportunity to adapt to our way of doing things here, and I would hope you all do as well.

We need differing points of view, conflict and difference is fine as long as the focus is on the topic of discussion, not the people...

and that includes calling people right wing trolls etc you are simply lowering yourself to their level by engaging in that sort of behaviour.
