I bought a litre of cream in the online shop today. I am going to make butter. But first, I need to make ice, so I can chill the bejeeses out of everything I use, and make some ice water to wash the butter. Then, I will cut it into measured pieces, wrap it, and freeze it, because freezing makes it last longer without going off - which homemade butter can do a bit sooner than processed. So maybe on thursday, or friday.
I shall report the results. Should be fun, but it is a long time since I did this, so I will do a few youtube refreshers, just in case there's been an update on the ancient craft, lol...
