morning ladies
No frost this morning but just the right amount of low fog to make everything look pretty
ohhh my word, mica, what a darling he is
I hope you have many happy years with him.
We also had venison last night for dinner, so good. Still prefer the wild venison but farmed is better than nothing.
Recipe for the lemon pud
is here https://www.donnahay.com.au/recipes/lemo...us-pudding I haven't made it yet so no guarantees as to what it is like.
It's back into the garden for me this morning. Weeding but the tiger lilies also need to be moved before they start growing. They are right where the fence will be repaired, and I don't want them crushed by the fencers. Better to move them now than when they are beginning to grow. I've found a spot in the garden for this season, and they can be moved back next year. The roses are all pruned except for a part of Crepuscule as I couldn't quite reach it. Oh well, it can go mad this summer
MrK isn't becoming quite so frustrated now he knows there is an end point to his hip saga. That's got to be good for both of us.
The birds need more lard pudding so will get onto that shortly. I hate the smell of the lard melting so all windows will be open for a bit.
Better get cracking. Always stuff to do
