There's also the delay related to collecting and counting 90,000+ overseas votes. Those seem to be managed okay so what exactly is the problem for a few late enrolling NZ voters?

It gives this govt an opportunity to chance their arm by trying to make changes. Which will be in their favour... Rolleyes
