You’re going to be paying by weight so a motorcycle weighs sweet fa so theoretically does no damage to the road so shouldn’t be paying much, EVs weigh significantly more than a similar size petrol vehicle so should pay more diesels shouldn’t change but probably will
The problem with socialism is you eventually run out of other people’s money
