morning ladies
We have no wind for now, but I suspect that will come later in the day.
If there is no rain, I'll weed the vege garden, it won't take long to do. The standard roses could use a weed before they become too big to work under as well. When I'm in Hamilton next I'll need to visit Bunnings to buy new gardening gloves. Both pairs have been worn to a frazzle.
The cross stitch is coming along slowly. I had forgotten how it's a stop-start project as you change colours. The last cross stitch I did was 1997 at the hospital while MrK had all his tests and first heart surgery. But there is something satisfying as I highlight the areas stitched on the pattern.
The Furry One is ready to do the 'garden rounds' and the birds are looking for their dripping and peanut butter. Hope they enjoy it as it will be the last of the bird food I put out for the spring/summer.
