Where do you think all the disadvantaged people in NZ would be sleeping at night if the taxpayer didn't look after them Heisenberg?  We would then have a whole different set of problems to deal with.

yea the good old taxpayers eh.................... lets make them pay more

Perhaps if some of the wealthier members of society were to pay their fair share rather than avoiding taxes, we could manage better.
