One federal worker said that the last shutdown was brutal & forced him to withdraw money from his retirement fund to cover bills; its now been made more difficult to withdraw money from retirement funds so he doesn't know how he'll manage his bills & said that 'his pay is being held hostage' - & he voted for Trump, but says didn't vote for 'his abuses against us'.
