Most of us are centrist with a liberal bent I suspect. Depending on life experience.
Its the other way round, whats considered far right today, used to be considered normal say 30 years ago.
Morals and decency have gone downhill over that time.
Have they really? I am 73 in a few weeks. I remember thirty years ago. Good years. Fifty years ago even, not so good years. Sixty years ago, really really not good years. Certainly our social rules have changed, but good and bad haven't.
And while I am glad I don't have to face growing up in this time, this world, I think on the whole it is a better one - at least here, and for women - than the one I did grow up in.
Which might be why quite a few men think otherwise.
