Most of us do km, we just don't notice. Our partners do though, lol. The new bra will be fine to sleep in, but I won't be reaching for it in the mornings!
As for the blanket I would be inclined to at least tie it in a fair few places through top and lining, to prevent movement and account for stretch if you are going to line it. It really depends on the materials the top is made of... We definitely need mica to advise!
