I believe Virginia 100% and ALL the accusations against Andrew because people like Andrew in positions of power/wealth, history has shown, are susceptible to loosing their morals/moral fibre because they actually believe, because of the high regard/positions they hold, they have become untouchable and are allowed to act and behave immoral and noone can touch them.
