I have a heart condition that is fixable (semi urgent, there words not mine) but I have to wait at least 2 to 4 months to get it sorted, so for me I am going to go out less except for groceries etc. Just potter around home and unfortunately avoid things that I would normally do, cant afford to have my heartbeat racing away on me 
Despite the high cost of living it remains popular
