Olden day folks were taken to be in worse health than us in general these days but this proved not to be the case at least for the group of graves that were dug up and analyzed before being reburied.
Makes sense to me, most of the trash that is sold as "food" these days is anything but.
And none of them were sitting around in front of a computer for all hours a day, which we already know is not good for you either.
