They've discovered that Alzheimers/Dementia is apparently caused by a kind of plaque on the brain - maybe one day they'll find how to remove it.
And wouldn't that be ever so interesting - a world full of older people with all mental faculties intact....
in order to be old & wise, you must first be young & stupid. (I'm still working on that.)
