I was thinking more of kiwi fruit etc which I don’t think anyone would classify as ultra-processed junk
I'm not saying that it is.   But there is no need to eat fruit at all to get fibre, although berries are pretty low-carb and full of nutrients, also delicious.

Low-carb encompasses all leafy and cruciferous veges, mushrooms, eggplant, okra, every vege really, although you should go easy on potatoes if you want to go very low carb.
